Our stay at the Lift Lodge was enjoyable overall, with a well-stocked kitchen in our unit and clean accommodations. However, the lack of parking on the first night was a hassle, and it took a little time to navigate from the front building to our unit. Still, I would recommend it for its pleasant atmosphere and cozy setup.
Rooms
9.0
The unit was incredibly spacious with a fully equipped kitchen that was well-stocked with everything we needed. It felt larger than expected, which was a big plus for our family.
Service
7.0
The service was pleasant, and while they were accommodating, we were a bit disappointed that early check-in and room upgrades weren't available without extra fees.
Location
9.0
The location was fabulous, with easy access to all the attractions in Park City. It was lovely to walk around and explore the nearby shops and coffee spots.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were disappointing-just a few pastries on a foldout table-much less than I expected given how nice the rest of the experience was.
Facilities
6.0
Overall, the facilities were decent, though they felt a bit cramped for larger groups. The stair navigation between buildings could be a challenge.

5.0/10
Our stay at this resort was disappointing, especially since we had high expectations after coming here for years. The facilities are outdated and not well-maintained, which was a letdown. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious enough for our group, but the overall cleanliness was lacking. While the location is conveniently close to the main attractions, the pricing doesn't justify the condition of everything. It seems like the resort needs serious renovations to return to its former glory.
Rooms

The rooms were spacious, giving us enough beds and bathrooms for our needs; however, they felt very dark and lacked cleanliness.
Service

The service was rather uninvolved, leaving us to figure things out on our own, which was frustrating.
Location

The location is great, just a short walk to the base, making it convenient for quick access to activities.

The facilities were outdated, and many, like the sauna and hot tub, were not in working condition which was quite disappointing.

Our stay at the Sweetwater Lift Lodge was a fantastic experience, especially with its unbeatable location near Park City Resort. We loved the large hot tub and heated pool, which were perfect after a day on the slopes. The free continental breakfast and fun activities like margarita night added to the great value. However, our unit felt cramped for our group size, and the bathrooms definitely need updating.
Rooms
6.0
Our unit was a bit cramped for six adults; the galley kitchen felt tight and lacked enough seating for meals.
Service

The staff was accommodating, helping us with anything we needed during our stay.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was less than ideal. The rooms are in serious need of renovation, as they felt outdated and poorly maintained. On a positive note, the location is fantastic, making it easy to access the ski lifts and nearby attractions. The amenities like the heated pool and hot tub were enjoyable, but certain aspects, like cleanliness, left much to be desired.
Rooms

The room I stayed in needed a complete overhaul. While it had kitchenette facilities, the overall condition was disappointing and did not feel welcoming.
Service

The service was lacking in enthusiasm and appreciation. I felt more like a number than a guest.
Location
9.0

Dining
5.0
Dining options were minimal, and what was offered felt rather lackluster, especially given the hotel's price point.

My stay at the Sweetwater Lift Lodge had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Park City Resort and close to the main bus terminal, making it easy to explore. The amenities like the hot tub and heated pool were nice after a day on the slopes. However, the condition of the unit I stayed in was disappointing, with broken furniture and an uncomfortably soft bed. Overall, I appreciated the value for the price but was let down by the quality of the accommodations.
Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was supposed to be a cozy 2-bedroom unit but fell short. The beds were small and uncomfortable, feeling more like full-size beds than queens. The kitchen needed better equipment, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
Service
5.0
While some staff members were friendly, the check-in experience was less than welcoming. There seemed to be a lack of communication about available resort activities.
Location
9.0
The location was a major highlight, just a 10-minute walk from the main resort area and right next to the bus terminal for easy access to other ski spots.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were quite limited; the breakfast setup was disappointing, with only a few pastries and orange juice available.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities, especially the pool and hot tub area, were nice but needed maintenance. The hot tub jets were often out of order, which was a letdown.
